Day 5 symptoms: Pimple breakouts on both cheeks. :( However, I have felt less bloating in my lower abdomen, which occurred frequently while I was on the pill. I swear I lost some umph in my boobs, but oh well--tis life. Hopefully I'll drop a pound or two as well...HAHAHA.
Happy Halloween to everyone! I love fall--so many wonderful holidays!
I Hope everyone has a SPOOKY Halloween day :D

Off BCP Day #3 & My Mom!
Withdrawal symptoms for the day: Endless peeing. Yeah you read it right. I've been peeing like mad and I haven't changed the amount of water that I've been consuming. WEIRD. Other than the HUGE and painful headache I've had all day I'm doing okay. I took my mom to the Kaiser today because she had to have an endoscopy. Basically they sedate you and stick a skinny camera down your throat to make sure all is well--and thankfully my mom's insides looked fine. She had been having some pain in her throat and chest and so her doctor ordered the procedure just to make sure she was fine, and she is--YEAH! The doctor said her esophagus looks really healthy :D We're all happy. Love you Momma! Happy Hump Day!

OFF BCP Day #2
Ok, so I can tell my body can sense something is different. I have had a deep and painful headache for the passed 2-3 days. This morning my uterus was in knots. Sounds funny I know, but it wasn't my stomach that was all twisted it was a feeling in my lower abdomen. This is really intense. I am trying hard to become very in-tune with my body and to respect it and to listen to it. I do already feel kind of out of it though...I'm really tired and cranky :( Wow. Men don't know how good they have it...seriously.

A New Day...EEEEK!
Tomorrow is day #1 off synthetic hormones. After much thought about it (thanks for listening to me Jenn and Leslie) I decided to just jump. I'm doing it. I'm stopping. Am I scared? Um hell yes. OY! Oh well, I have to do it eventually, I can't be on this crap forever!! I will try and blog about it, just so that I can remember the experience. I hope it's not too painful...but I have appropriately armed myself. The backpack that I take to work is stocked with a ton of tampons, panty-liners and an extra pair of underwear. I suppose at some point I should put an extra pair of pants in there. :) Here goes nothing! EEEEEEEK.

To The Anonymous Poster From My Previous Blog
Well let me begin by saying, this is my blog and I never wrote my previous entry to try and "sway" anyone. I wrote to vent on an issue that I feel very strongly about. My natural way of being has always included "obscenities". This may be a turn off to some people and that's okay, but I am an extreme liberal at heart and I question all areas of "authority" in my life. I really don't feel like I have to explain myself to anyone who isn't really in my life on a daily basis, but that's just so you know my position on this didn't lead me to say "fuck" it's just a word that I use mostly on a daily basis. If this leads you to stop reading my blog, then that is quite unfortunate as I know I am not a "bad" person.
I strongly feel this proposition is one of pure hatred. If you are coming at me from a religious stand point--well let me say this: Doesn't Jesus tell you NOT to judge others? If you are a believer that the Lord wants you to damn homosexual people to hell then my friend that's some seriously hippocratic religion you are practicing. In my mind, if I believed in Jesus, I would imagine that he would want us to love and accept everyone around us. He is the ultimate one to judge who will get into his pearly gates and not us. We are no one to judge--WE ARE NOT GOD. From my perspective I was angry at the people with those vote YES on Prop 8 signs because it is from the depths of my soul that I believe that if two human beings LOVE each other--regardless of sexuality--who is the government to say they cannot commit themselves to each other through marriage? In my opinion law, politics, legislature has NO business being in our personal lives--NONE. Those voting yes keep saying there needs to be a protection of "marriage". Can you honestly tell me that if two women get married or two men get married, or a man and a woman get married it's going to affect the sanctity of your own marriage? And if you can say yes then tell me how?? Because the way I feel about it, is if you love someone you should have the human RIGHT to marry them. Aren't we an establishment claiming FREEDOM and EQUAL rights for all? IF we prevent ANYONE from marrying then we are not that. We are not Free, we are not Equal. I don't know if you are married or not. But what if our laws had prevented you from marrying the love of your life or will prevent you in the future? You would have felt trapped and depressed. The way I see it, this is exactly what happened when interracial couples wanted to get married. Are you against that too? I mean no one had the ability or will have the ability to prevent you from marrying or to give a vote on your marriage why should it be any different for anyone regardless of WHO they are marrying? DO NOT be fooled. Our children do not need to protected from the world, they need to be educated. What can be lost from allowing people to marry one another? Nothing, but much can be gained...to teach your children tolerance and acceptance of ALL people regardless of race, ethnic background, socio-economic status, and sexual orientation. IF you are voting yes because of religious reasons and the "sanctity of marriage" please take a moment to reconsider our "real-life" situation. Do you really want to be responsible for taking someone's right to marry or be LEGALLY committed to another person? If your answer is yes then I am deeply saddened and I am also thankful that I get to vote on such a serious proposition. I do not agree with not allowing someone the legal right to marry another person--regardless of whether I am against the way they are living their lives or not. Call me a hippie, call me what you want, but I am voting No and I remain strong in my standing on this.

I Hate Irvine!
I hate Irvine...it's so very effing Republican. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and their own choice in political party/affiliation, but Irvine seems to be over the top conservative. As I was driving home from the Park and Ride lot after driving the van home I saw people standing on a corner with signs like this:
All of a sudden I got this overwhelming feeling of anger as I saw people drive by and honk and everyone would cheer. I felt angry, and hurt that people would be so narrow minded. Politics and law should play no role in our personal lives. How unjust is it to take someone's human rights--their civil rights to be equal to everyone else??!! I say marry who you want, if you love them and want them to be your partner for life. Protect marriage the sign says. WTF?? I'm sorry but how is letting ANYONE marry going to affect your own marriage gay or straight? This is effing ridiculous. I drove by those fucks honked my horn and gave them a piece of my mind: My middle finger. I know it wasn't much, but it was all I could do at the time. It was enough however to make me feel a tiny particle better that Irvine had one less person in it who wasn't a fucking yuppy Republican Conservative. F you Irvine and your stuck up ass...I'm voting NO!!
